SPECIALTY PROGRAMS

The Specialty Programs are designed for investors who want to emphasize a particular area in their investment portfolio. It also allow an investor in our Diversified Growth Program to increase funds to a particular area while still utilizing our expertise.

The Specialty Programs are the main areas of our Diversified Growth Program.

These are the key areas that will appreciate in our changing world due to:

  • Unprecedented and massive spending of trillions of dollars by the U.S. government.

  • Falling U.S. dollar due to the massive U.S. expenditures, low interest rates, large trade deficit and strong efforts by foreign countries to replace the U.S. dollar as the world's reserve currency.

  • High level of inflation in U.S. dollars due to huge U.S. spending level, devaluation of the dollar and demand and scarcity of energy and natural resources.

  • Personal debt of the U.S. public that has reached historical levels and cannot increase further.

  • Global demand for energy and natural resources by over 2.4 billion people in China and India, eight times the population of the United States.

  • Global scarcity of energy and natural resources as there is not enough to satisfy this new demand.

  • China's and Asia's economic emergence.

  • Aging population in the U.S. and other developed countries.

Precious Metals and Natural Resource Program

Investments in this area include company stocks and funds predominantly in precious metals. Investments may also include stocks and funds involved in rare earth metals, natural resources and agriculture. In our analysis, we value more highly those companies that have a majority of their reserves in stable countries.

The value of precious metals and natural resources will increase in the medium- and long-term due to the devaluation of the U.S. dollar, the excess spending of nations throughout the world, the shortages caused by the increase in the standard of living of China, India, Brazil and supporting nations, and other factors.

Unfortunately, threats of disruptions and turmoil in the Middle East, South America, North Korea and other parts of the world will also increase the value of precious metals and natural resources.

We strongly believe that this is a high impact area for investments as the devaluation of the U.S. dollar will have a major effect on the price of precious metals and natural resources.

Aggressive Growth Precious Metals Program

This specialty program is similar to the Precious Metals and Natural Resource Program.

the differences are that this Program invests almost entirely in precious and rare earth metals. This program also invests a higher percentage in exploration and junior mining companies.

Exploration and junior mining companies have the potential of returning a much higher profit than the larger miners. This is due to the huge effect a new discovery can have on the value of these smaller companies. However, these companies are also higher risk..

In our selection process, we value the management team, tendency of the geographic area to contain precious metals, cash position, stability of the country and other important factors.

Each investor can choose the approximate percentage they want invested in the exploration and junior mining companies.

Oil and Energy Program

Investments in this area include company stocks and funds predominantly in oil and natural gas. Investments may also include stocks and funds involved in uranium, wind, solar and other energy area. In our analysis, we value more highly those companies that have the majority of their reserves in stable countries.

The value of oil and energy will increase in the medium- and long-term due to the devaluation of the U.S. dollar, the excess spending of nations throughout the world, the shortages caused by the increase in the standard of living of China, India, Brazil and supporting nations, and other factors.

Unfortunately, threats of disruptions and turmoil in the Middle East and South America will also increase the value of oil and energy.

Asia Program

Investments in this area include company stocks and funds predominantly in China. Investments may also include stocks and funds in other high-growth Asian countries and supporting countries such as Brazil.

This program primarily focuses on companies that are located in Asia and are domestically-oriented versus export-oriented. These companies are suited to take advantage of the 9% economic growth in China and high growth in other Asian countries. They also tend to be less impacted by a global economic slowdown.

One-fifth of the world's population, over 3 billion people, live in Asia. This is ten times the population of the U.S. As the Asian people work to increase their standard of living, and with the majority of the world's manufacturing located in Asia, every year the Asian economy becomes less dependent on the U.S.
